I like this and I would like to marketing and messaging about the connection between and benefits of the International/Regional/Chapter relationships. I often do not think about the research or benefits at the International level. It would be great if there could be work done to highlight the relationship and the benefits.

Recommendation 5 I find the use of the word global a little confusing...if it is being used as the same as International, then I would stick to international or put it in Direction 1 as how international and region are being used.

Where do Chapters fit in this model?

Recommendation 4 "International and regions will work towards one membership database" will help us track and develop the global force that we already are.

I could see some tension with Recommendation 4. I think there would need to be some clear protocols around a single membership database around access and utilisation eg marketing, communications

something about it still feels messy and not solid as a foundation. They all are good in an age where inbox fatigue is an issue, multiple communication channels to member, become confusing and each ends up via for recognition when we are all ONE global membership, served by local chapters/affiliates etc
